Amit Ronen - geophysicist, B.Sc., M.Sc., founder, CEO and owner of the company Amit has a diploma in software engineering for real time embedded computer systems. Amit has worked for over thirty years in geophysics. Amit worked at the Geophysical Institute for 13 years as the head of the Engineering Geophysics department. Amit founded AR GEOPHYSICS after leaving the Institute and in 2003 founded Geotec.

Alex Beck - geologist, B.Sc., geophysicist, M.Sc., business administration M.B.A. Alex has worked for many years at the Israel Geophysics Institute where he served as a seismic team manager, a seismic team manager abroad, director of the shallow cut department, and marketing director in Israel. In 2015 he moved to work at Geotec. Alex has many years of geophysical and geological experience in the field and processing and deciphering geophysical surveys.

Boaz Gatenio - geophysicist, B.Sc., M.Sc. Boaz is a geophysicist and project manager at Geotec. Boaz worked at Tel Aviv University in the Geophysics Department and has been working in the company since 2007. Boaz has extensive experience in all areas of engineering geophysics.

Oded Salant  - Oded has been marketing and sales manager of Geotec since 2011. He has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing in Israel and the US. He graduated from the School of Marketing and Advertising Management at Bar-Ilan University and in the past he studied business development at a college in the United States. He has many years of experience in managing sales, marketing and business development in companies in various fields such as antennas and RF systems, international trade and fire extinguishing systems.

Lilach Assif Hakim - Lilach is the office administrative manager and secretary of the company, She is in charge of finances and accounts. Lilach works in the company from 2013 after many years with our former partner - Tamar Group. Lilach has professional training in bookkeeping as well as a diploma in explosions saftey Management.

Michael Yezarsky - M.Sc., Ph.D in Geophysics. Michael is a senior geophysicist and researcher at Geotek. Michael has a research rating from his years of work at the Geophysical Institute, which is equivalent to the Associated Professor. Michael studied at the Institute of Earth Sciences in Moscow, Russia. Michael holds a master's degree and a Ph.D.. Michael has experience working abroad and Russia from various companies in the former USSR and Russia in geophysical and geotechnical engineering. In 1996 he immigrated to Israel and joined the Geophysical Institute. Michael served as head of the Department of Geophysics Engineering and worked as a researcher at the Geophysical Institute. Michael has published many articles in the international scientific press and has appeared in many conferences around the world. Some of the articles were done at Geotec. After retiring in 2015, he moved to work at GeoTec.

Tatiana Aksinenko-geophysicist M.Sc. Tatiana is a senior geophysicist at Geotec and the seismological field is under her responsibility. Tatiana deals with all areas of the company's business. Tatiana completed her studies in geophysics at the Institute in the former Soviet Union and worked in various oil companies in the processing and analysis of geophysical logs for many years.Tatiana also managed a very large team of workers in the field in one of the companies in Russia. In 2000 she immigrated to Israel and began her work at the Geophysical Institute in the Seismological Division, where Tatiana worked in various fields of research in the field of engineering seismology (site response, mapping copies, etc.).

Yuval Peleg - Engineering Geologist B.Sc. (Yuval recently submitted his Master's thesis in Engineering Geology). Yuval completed his studies in geology and engineering at Ben Gurion University. Yuval is a geophysicist and geologist. Yuval was also trained in Israel and France to work with the equipment of our business partners, the French company Osmos. In this field Yuval works, analyzes and processes the results of monitoring measurements of health structures in society. He serves as a center of knowledge and is responsible for some of the joint projects in Israel. Yuval began his work  at Geotec in 2017.

Reuven (Rubi) Simhayov - B.Sc., M.Sc. Agri. & Ph.D. - Biotechnology and Environmental Sciences, Soil and Water Sciences, Physical Geography and Environmental Management - Rubi joined us in 2017 as a returning scientist and is leading R & D department  reaserching methods and new technologies for precision agriculture and environmental sciences, In addition, Rubi also engages in signal processing, data and software in building health monitoring, trained in courses and continuing education in Israel and Osmos, our French partner, and is also the IT man of the company.

Meir Rossman - B.A and M.A. Meir is the manager of the business development in several areas of the company. Meir, who came to Geotec in 2018 after three years at Aren Management in Israel and business development in other companies. Aren owns Osmos in France. Meir has extensive experience in marketing and business development. He is engaged in the implementation of the business activity in the joint venture of Osmos and Geotec in Israel. A complex integration activity of different fields and similar to one package and one package. Meir also deals with several other activities, including a combination of joint ventures in the Company's security activities.
